Non-profit corporation seeks an experienced, results oriented manager to provide leadership for a Transitional Housing Agency located in the City of St. Louis. The position is responsible for a 40+ person staff and oversees day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate is a dynamic individual with a strong vision for the organization, demonstrated leadership abilities, communication skills and a real desire to achieve excellence in the delivery of social services. Effectively pursue organizational objectives, identify needs and execute optimum deployment of resources. Implement the organization’s strategic direction and be a principal force in building a viable and sustainable intermediary organization. Solid team player.
MBA preferred, with 10+ Years Related Experience with a proven track record in:
