Preferred candidates must thrive in a fast paced environment, have a creative approach to recruitment, be effective at building strong client relationships, be highly motivated and focused on results. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years professional recruitment experience or 2 years outside commissioned sales experience.
