years experience in prospect research and
management. Previous management experience.
Ability to work creatively and effectively as a
member of development and campaign
management team. Attention to detail with a
high level of discretion in working with
confidential materials. Understanding of and
support for ethical and professional standards
for prospect research, including those published
by APRA and AFP. Excellent analytical, writing,
and interpersonal skills. Experienced user of
Raiser’s Edge or equivalent donor management
