your life. We presently have an outstanding
opportunity for an experienced Human
Resources professional. This position will be
responsible to lead and advise plant management
on the activities associated with the administration
of human resources policies and labor contracts.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Responsible for developing/implementing labor
relations’ strategy and leading all contract
negotiations with the union. Provide guidance,
coaching and counsel of managers and employees
related to performance and development.
Promote a cooperative, business focused
partnership with the union to ensure elignment
with organizational goals and objectives.
Experience/Skill Required:B.A./B.S. degree 8+
year solid human resource generalist experience
required. Must have 3 + years proven experience
in labor relations in a manufacturing environment
dealing with unions, collective bargaining
and contract negotiation.
