St. Louis, has an opening for a Litigation Paralegal. The qualified applicant
will be detail oriented and have 3+ years litigation and database experience,
Summation preferred. Responsibilities include document analysis,
case management, discovery and trial assistance. Medical malpractice and
product liability experience strongly desired. REF:LPGLSLA
Greensfelder also has an opening for an IP Paralegal to join our IP and
Technology Practice Group. The qualified applicant must be detail oriented
and will have a least 2-3 years of experience with trademark and patent
prosecution and related IP matters. Responsibilities include assisting and
supporting IP attorneys such as preparing patent, trademark and copyright
documents for government agency filing and prosecution, maintaining files
and assisting with case docket handling, preparing documents, correspondence
and reports, conducting US and foreign case docket handling, conducting
US and foreign patent, trademark and other database searches,
legal research, and other paralegal duties in the IP field. REF:IPPGLSLA
BA/BS degree and a paralegal degree or certificate from an American Bar
Association accredited program is preferred for both open positions.
Paralegal target billable hours are at least 1,450 per year and each paralegal
position is eligible to earn over-time compensation.
