QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
Excellent multi-craft skills in the area of mechanical and electrical disciplines with emphasis on heating, ventalation and air conditioning experience. Through knowledge of maintenance techniques, building trades and building codes and regulations. Ability to perform moderately heavy manual labor . High school or vocational school graduate preferred plus minimum one year work related experience. Must possess a Class E driver’s license.
