Scope: Reporting to the Corporate Controller,
this position will have overall responsibility for
internal controls and will share responsibility for
financial reporting and account balance integrity.
Major Responsibilities: Lead the effort to
implement Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and
practices throughout ICL. Responsible for
creation of the monthly, quarterly and annual
financial statements, including the monthly and
quarterly consolidation process with the ICL
Group.
Experience/Skill Required:BS/BA degree in
Accounting and CPA or MBA desired. 10+
years experience in the financial management
and control required with experience in a
manufacturing environment preferred. Good
working knowledge of FASB and SEC requirements.
Experience using SAP as the primary
financial transaction system is highly desirable.
