Parents as Teachers National Center has an immediate opening for a Manager of Organizational Development and Learning. This position reports directly to the COO and will serve as the in-house resource for human diversity best practices both for organizational development and service delivery. Requirements: Spanish bilingual proficiency, Masters degree, minimum 5-7 years experience building alliances and generating outreach to diverse populations, proficiency with or understanding of metrics for measuring organizational progress in achieving greater diversity in every aspect of the business, experience in working with executive teams, up to 25% travel.
