The Public School Retirement System of the
City of St. Louis (PSRSSTL) is seeking an
employee with proven supervisory and customer
service skills. The individual’s responsibilities
will include supervising three employees
in the Members Services Unit, counseling
members on retirement benefits, processing
pension applications, processing the monthly
pension payroll, processing member contribution
refunds and rollovers, member data maintenance,
responding to written member correspondence
and extensive customer contact over
the telephone and in-person. Applicants must
have at least five years of combined supervisory,
customer service and computer experience in
