F/T position in growing case management program that provides servicesto St. Louis city residents with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities (MR&/DD). Knowledge of MR&/DD and Mental Illness, Person Centered Planning, & Medicaid is a plus, but training will be provided. BA/BS in Human Services, City of St. Louis residency w/in 120 days of completion of 6-month orientation period, and own transportation for community travel are required. $21,000 to $30,000 (based on experience and education) plus full benefits.
