The St. Louis Public Library has an opening for a Helpdesk Assistant. Requires an Associates degree in computer science, or two years experience in technical support/customer services. Type 35 wpm; physical ability to perform moderate manual labor to include lifting, maneuvering, and placing objects weighing up to 50 lbs. This position requires use of a personal car, and flexible work schedule. Technical support includes installation of hardware and software, database updates, troubleshooting, repair or exchange of equipment, and maintenance of various computer equipment and software.St. Louis Public Library offers comprehensive benefits package.
