Bill McClellan wrote about black youth in a very demeaning way in the Post-Dispatch. His article on the dine-and-dash IHOP incident in Clayton was a very racist article. He nor the Post-Dispatch have shown any inclination to apologize for the racist article. McClellan would have you believe that black kids are the problem with dine and dash, the MetroLink, hotels, the whole dysfunctional region we live in. It is very sad that we do not treasure the wonderful gift of youth, black, White or Brown. Mr. McClellan, your apology to our youth is long overdue.
