Saint Louis County conducts its annual sale of tax delinquent property on the fourth Monday of August each year, which this year will be August 26. The sale will start at 10 a.m. in the County Council Chambers on the first floor of County Administration building in Clayton. Sales will be made to the highest bidder at public auction. Registration for the auction will begin at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the sale and is required for participation.
