This year, the School District of University City and the University City Police Department will join forces to host a joint Back-to-School Rally and National Night Out event on Tuesday, Aug. 7 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the McNair campus, 8136 Groby Rd. In the past, these two events have been separate.
