Tammarra Lewis, Ph.D received her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Maryville University, on May 7, 2011. Dr. Lewis conducted research on the effectiveness of Response to Interventions (RtI) on minority student achievement and analyzed how current trends in education are perpetuating the creation of a permanent underclass.
