Darrell Hamilton, a junior at Hazelwood East High School, laughs out loud as he reads an Elmo story to kindergarten students at Grannemann Elementary School. Ten members of the Hazelwood East High School Student Council visited three district elementary schools to read to students and to meet with the schools’ student councils to share their leadership experiences.
