Plaza Executive Suites recently launched its “Meet at the Suites” program designed to help non-profits host an important meeting or use private office space as needed for a special project.

“Meet at the Suites” is open to any non-profit organization in the St. Louis metro area that needs the convenience of a well equipped meeting space, with all the state-of-the-art technology and other services needed to host a significant gathering. Non-profits may request the use of a large conference room (holds up 20 people) or the use of a private office for one week.

Each program participant will be offered the same concierge services that clients enjoy – private meeting space, receptionist services, computer software support, skilled professional support staff, Wi-Fi, private phones, elegant business appointments including coffee/tea service on fine china and beautifully decorated spaces.

The program is offered on a first come, first served basis and will run from July 2010 – July 2011. Plaza Executive Suites is directly off Highway 40 in the heart of Chesterfield Valley at17295Chesterfield Airport Road, Suite 200.
