and composers to secure music for this presentation

broad range of music from classical to hip hop and international.

The play covers periods from 1904, the East St. Louis race riots to

now,” Nadal said.

submitting music to Gitana is January 25. The composer retains all

rights and Gitana is committed to broadly promoting each

collaborating artist.

by Lou Robinson, a three-time winner of the E. Desmond Lee

Playwriting Competition and 2000 Playwright of the Year awarded by

the Missouri Association of Playwrights. Vivian Watt, Choreographer

and Director, is well known in St. Louis Theater and education

circles.
