The Hazelwood School District will begin enrollment for new students on Monday, July 6 for the 2015-2016 school year. Student must reside in the Hazelwood School District to enroll. Enrollment will continue throughout the summer. The first day of school is Monday, August 10.
Parents/guardians can enroll their child at the district Administration Building, 15955 New Halls Ferry Rd. in Florissant. No appointment is needed; hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The following items are needed: original state-issued birth certificate, current immunization records, transcript for students in grades 9-12, most recent report card for students in grades K-8, discipline record from previous school for grades 6-12, current drivers’ license or state ID for the parent/guardian and proof of residency.
