“EN-US” xml:lang=”EN-US”>Established in 2000, the Missouri Foundation for Health is the largest nongovernmental funder of community health activities in Missouri.
“EN-US” xml:lang=”EN-US”>The 13-member council works to gather community input on health issues affecting Missourians, and informs the grantmaking decisions and strategic planning of the foundation’s Board of Directors, with special focus on programs for the uninsured, underinsured and underserved.
“EN-US” xml:lang=”EN-US”>The council also is responsible for nominating board candidates each year. Members can serve up to two consecutive three-year terms.
