Hazelwood School District and Special School District will offer parents of students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) the opportunity to ask questions about transition from one school level to the next, such as moving from elementary to middle school. The meeting will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9 at the HSD Learning Center at 15955 New Halls Ferry Road.
The presentation will include transition planning between early childhood, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and beyond.
