at the Florissant Valley Branch of St. Louis County Library on

Tuesday, October 11, beginning at 2 p.m.

“font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana;”>Oldani

is well known for his interest in and knowledge of local folklore

and traditions. He has established an

archive for research with a strong emphasis on the American quilt

and the lore surrounding its history. Oldani has produced quilt

shows, served as a judge at national shows, and has written and

spoken on the meaning of the American quilt as seen through

folklore.
