Chief Juvenile Court Judge for the City of St. Louis Judge Jimmie Edwards and Area Resources for Community and Human Services (ARCHS) Chief Executive Officer Wendell E. Kimbrough at the 2010 Missouri Reentry Conference. Both Kimbrough and Edwards were featured speakers at the conference. A soldout crowd of over 300 people packed the Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach for the Reentry Conference Nov. 17-19. The Missouri Reentry Conference is co-sponsored by ARCHS, Missouri Department of Corrections, Missouri Department of Social Services and Family and Community Trust (FACT).
