Loudly and proudly, Barrington Elementary School’s first and second grade classes recently staged a performance called “Americans All.” Each song illustrated how, while we are all different, we are all still Americans.
Under the direction of vocal music teacher Christy Garner, the students performed 11 different songs, including the Caribbean “Conga Beat,” an urban rap “The Kids of the USA,” the German “Der Volkstanz,” and the Israeli “Zum Gali Gali,” showcasing a variety of dancing, musical and vocal styles.
