More than 400 attendees from across the globe are set to participate in a three-day conference in St. Louis that will focus on ex-offender workforce issues and successful efforts to reduce recidivism.

The second annual National Offender Workforce Development Conference will be held April 11-13 at the Adam’s Mark Hotel. The conference will feature workshops, seminars, speakers, exhibitors and more. Workforce experts will highlight success stories from across the nation related to putting ex-offenders into training programs, apprenticeships and jobs.

The conference is co-sponsored by Area Resources for Community & Human Services, Eastern District of Missouri Federal Probation Office, National Institute of Corrections (U.S. Department of Justice) and Professional Workforce Development, LLC.
