Professional architectural design services worth $1,000 from Frank B Scherr and copies of the book “Florissant” by Rosemary Davison are among the prizes in a raffle benefiting Habitat for Humanity St. Louis and the Historic Florissant Inc.
SolutionWorks Homes will host the raffle during two Open Houses, one in Blackjack and the other in Moline Acres.
The open houses will be held on Sunday, June 26 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 11660 Helen Oak, Blackjack, and 2244 Kerwin, Moline Acres. The first home has an asking price of $123,900, and the second has an asking price of $79,900.
Attendees can purchase as many raffle tickets as they would like at the open houses. The drawing for prizes will be held on July 1. Half the proceeds from the raffle will go to Habitat for Humanity St. Louis, and the other half will go to the Historic Florissant Inc. The tickets for the raffle will be $1 each, 5 for $4 or 10 for $8.
To date, Habitat for Humanity St. Louis has built 165 homes in the St. Louis area. Habitat for Humanity St. Louis regularly ranks among the top Habitat for Humanity affiliates in the country.
