The Missouri Department of Revenue has reopened the Overland Motor Vehicle and Driver Licensing Office, 9443 Lackland Road, which has been closed since April. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first and last Saturday of every month.
