The School District of University City is currently organizing a Long Range Planning Committee to address future concerns dealing with its buildings and student population.
Membership on the committee is open to parents, teachers, local residents and anyone else who has a stake in the district’s operations.
Last fall, the district’s Board of Education held several public forums that focused on whether buildings should be closed or reorganized as a result of fewer students attending University City public schools. The suggestion to convene a Long Range Planning Committee is a result of the public forums.
