I agree with Sheila Robinson regarding Senate Bill #539, approved by the Missouri 93rd General Assembly.
I, too, am diabetic with high blood pressure and congestive heart failure. With the passing of this bill, my doctor visits will cost me $100 each. I’m on disability and on a fixed income. After, rent, gas, phone and electric, all money is gone. If not for food stamps, I’d starve. What’s next Gov. Blunt? Cutting food stamps?
Gov. Blunt, with the passing of Senate Bill #539, you might just as well dig a big hole and put all Medicaid people in the hole and cover it, because you have signed a death warrant.
