I bet Mrs. King was applauding that someone took the opportunity while the whole world was paying attention to address the issues. It’s not every day you have four presidents in one place; two have helped the cause and two are against it. I applaud past President Jimmy Carter for putting President Bush and former President Bush on the spot. What should be questioned is why Harry Belafonte (who has been right by Mrs. King throughout her life) couldn’t speak at the funeral just because he said a negative comment about President Bush. A lot of people have negative comments about President Bush. If we kicked everyone out that has some, the only people left would have been President Bush, his wife and his dad!
