I was always under the impression that once you did your time for your crime that you were supposed to get a clean slate or a “do over,” if you will. But, after working with homeless veterans and other “at risk” communities, I have found that not to be the case at all. I am glad to see these sisters in Let’s Start taking charge, taking back and making their “do over” count. Fantastic story, Meliqueica.
