I think the SportsEye article about the Clippers is a bit unfair. Who’s to say the players have not had a closed door meeting with the owners? If it’s closed, this writer would not know, would he?
How many employees would call out the owners of a large corporation they work for if they were accused of the same thing? I would venture to say not many. Black athletes certainly should be more vocal on racial issues. But, are they any different from the rest of us who don’t?
By the way, why does the American not give the name of the writers of these articles? Most of them are great and give food for thought.
