Thank you for the wonderful story on Mya Strayton and Crossroads. She is a great young woman and the school is truly remarkable.
My daughter Ashley is a student there. Just last week she was telling me about all of the great colleges and universities that want Mya as a student. As a sophomore, Ashley has avidly watched the acceptance process of the senior class, anticipating her own college run and rooting for each of the students. This is one of the reasons I love the school. The kids are so great to one another.
You really captured the spirit of Crossroads. Wonderful teachers, open community, love of learning, insistence on excellence and generous, willing, intelligent students make it a joy to be a Crossroads parent. The place just shines with the promise of these kids.
