Do you ever get the feeling that this problem is a treadmill going in circles? I mean, with all of the attention and all of the resources that are available about teen pregnancy, why do we continue to have such high rates of teen pregnancy at certain schools?
I’m aware of the social forces that combine to foster this along with other problems, but it seems the harder institutions and organizations try to educate and create awareness about the implications of some of these behaviors, the worse the situation gets. The current tactics don’t seem to be working.
