According to the North County Police Department, a black male in his 30’s attempted to lure a young male juvenile into his car by offering to pay the juvenile to pose for photographs that he would post on his web site. The man was said to have a dark skin complexion and was wearing a blue colored jacket with white stripes on the sleeves.
The suspect approached the juvenile twice at the same location within a few minutes time and was said to be driving a gold colored mid to late 1990’s Chevrolet Cavalier coupe with Tinted windows. The incident occurred near Lucas and Hunt Road and Highway 70 at 3:35 PM as the child was walking home.
