St. Louis County Police are investigating a confrontation at a home in Berkeley that has left a suspect dead and two St. Louis County officers injured.
According to police, the officers were attempting to serve a warrant in the 6300 block of Graham Road Thursday afternoon when they say the suspect attacked them. Police have not released the name of the person who died or why they were serving a warrant for his arrest.
One officer is said to have broken bones and the other has cuts and bruises. An autopsy is being done to find out how the suspect died.
An internal investigation is also being conducted into the officers’ actions.
