Dave Peacock announced his resignation as president of AB-InBev subsidiary Anheuser-Busch Monday morning.
He offered pursuing other business interests and spending more time with his family as reasons for his departure from the organization – which is effective immediately.
Peacock, 43, became president of Anheuser-Busch in 2008 following the AB-InBev merger. He succeeded August Busch IV in that role.
Peacock earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
As of Monday, 43-year-old Luiz Edmond, President for North America at AB-InBev, will assume Peacock’s responsibilities.
