St. Louis police and the FBI are creating a 5-member task force to look into the case of a missing boy.
Christian Ferguson was 9 years old when he vanished under mysterious circumstances in 2003.
His father claims the severely handicapped boy was inside his SUV when it was stolen.
The vehicle was later located, but the child was not inside.
The task force includes two FBI agents who will work on the case non-stop.
