The popular Swedish retailer IKEA has plans to announce the location of its first Missouri store this morning (Wed., Dec. 4).
In September 2012, St. Louis residents who were hoping for an IKEA were disappointed when the retailer said it was building its next Midwest store in the Kansas City area.
The company is planning to officially release all the details surrounding the new St. Louis store at 10:30 a.m.
The company currently has 38 locations throughout the U.S. The closet stores to St. Louis are located in the Chicago area.
