The search for the final juvenile who fled the Hogan Street Juvenile Facility is now over.

He was arrested late Sunday night in the 4700 block of South Spring. A relative informed police that the boy was there.

A group of nine teens escaped earlier this month from a state-run high security juvenile detention center.

They were able to capture four of the escapees a week after the incident and the others turned themselves in earlier.

The nine teens overpowered a female security officer and broke out of the Hogan Street Juvenile Facility. The teens stole the guard’s keys, pushed her down some stairs and then ran out a side door.

The security officer was treated at the hospital for minor injuries and released the same day.

Hogan officials reviewed their security measures and have made some immediate changes to all of the fences that surround the facility.

The escapees were placed in the facility for committing a variety of crimes, mostly robbery and stealing.
