Lincoln University received reaffirmation of its accreditation from the Institutional Actions Council of the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) at its July 31.
Lincoln University is on the standard pathway for accreditation with HLC, which requires evaluations in Years 4 and 10.
The Year 4 comprehensive evaluation was completed and submitted to HLC by the university on February 20. The evaluation included evidence of compliance with HLC’s five criteria for accreditation, federal compliance and student survey results. In addition, a four-person peer review team conducted an onsite visit in March.
The university is accredited through the 2022-2023 academic year. The next comprehensive evaluation will be completed in Spring 2023.
