St. Louis police have taken a male subject into custody following a standoff in the 13-hundred block of Arlington.
Police were called out to a home there around 6:45 Saturday morning with a report of a man holding two females inside and refusing to let them leave.
Police called in the department’s hostage response unit and by 7:20 police were able to take the man into custody. No one was hurt during the standoff.
