Police have arrested a 22-year old accused of murdering a grandmother who got caught in the crossfire of a drive-by shooting.
Terrance Wren is charged with first-degree murder, assualt, four counts of unlawful use of a weapon in a drive-by shooting and two counts of armed criminal action.
Julia Steele was shot on Wednesday when she was driving home near the 4100 block of St. Louis Avenue.
Steele lost control of her car and hit a parked car.
Police say three other people were also shot in the shooting spree.
