According to KSDK.com, police arrested a man who confessed to stealing air conditioning units in St. Louis.
St. Louis Metropolitan Police Dept. says say the suspect admitted to the thefts while they were interviewing him after his arrest Monday evening.
He claimed to have stolen up to 25 air conditioning units throughout St. Louis over the last two years.
Air-conditioning units have been popular among thieves in the St. Louis area the past couple of years because of the copper the units contain.
Police are applying for warrants on the suspect. His name has not yet been released.
