The University of Pennsylvania professor will be on hand at UMSL’s Millennium Student Center tonight to discuss his best-selling book “Come Hell or High Water: Hurricane Katrina and the Color of Disaster.”
Focusing on the hardships of Katrina’s victims, the book also examines the broader implications of the storm’s aftermath.
