Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare are partnering with the American Red Cross to host blood drives that are open to the general public as well as employees and physician office staff.
The first drive will be held at Christian Hospital on Friday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Detrick Building Atrium (I-270/Hwy 367 interchange).
Northwest HealthCare (1225 Graham Rd.) will hold its blood drive on Wednesday, April 28, from 12:30-4:30 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcome, however appointments will save time as you roll up your sleeve and give blood to help save lives.

Every blood donor will receive a free disaster preparedness kit to better prepare their family for emergencies. Each participant will also receive a complimentary goodie bag that includes a pack of batteries, courtesy of Energizer.
