Payne Family Homes broke ground on the 5th Annual St. Jude Dream Home house to be raffled for the benefit of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The home has an estimated value of $520,000 and will be located in The Crossings at Ohmes Farm community in St. Peters, MO. The five bedroom, 3.5 bath home features a sitting room off of the master suite and a 4 car tandem garage perfect for a man cave. The finished lower level offers a private bedroom and bath along with a great space for entertaining.

This year is the first year that Payne Family Homes will be the builder for the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in the St. Louis area. “The work that St. Jude contributes to the medical community impacts children everywhere. Not only are they saving lives, they are researching medical advancements which are shared with hospitals, including right here in St. Louis, said Ken Kruse, President of Payne Family Homes. “St. Jude is the largest pediatric cancer research hospital in the world.
