A St. Louis County police officer fired 11 shots into a car carrying 10 teenagers during a July 5 disturbance in Spanish Lake, striking two teens, according to newly released police video reported by KSDK.
Body-camera footage shows another officer had just ordered the teens to get into the car and leave a McDonald’s parking lot. As the car pulled away, a responding officer ran in front of it, yelled, “Stop or I’ll shoot,” and opened fire.
The two teens survived. A third was injured by broken glass. The shooting remains under investigation.
