Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident on I-270, where a semi-truck that was hauling corn syrup was involved in a crash.
Maryland Heights police say that some of that syrup is now leaking onto the highway.
Crews have shut down all but one lane of southbound I-270 near Dorsett.
One other truck was involved in the accident and a car was seen being towed from the scene.
