St. Louis city and county voters who have qualified for and received absentee ballots may vote in-person on Saturday, March 30, and Monday, April 1, 2024.

St. Louis City

Voters in the City of St. Louis who want to vote with an absentee ballot for the April 2, 2024, General Municipal Election may do so at the Board of Election Commissioners, 300 N. Tucker Blvd., on Saturday, March 30, from 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. 

This is in addition to the Board’s regular office hours of 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. The last day the Election Board could accept an absentee ballot application by mail was Wednesday, March 20. The last day to vote an absentee ballot in person is Monday, April 1, at 5:00 P.M., the day before the Election.

On April 2, registered voters will be able to vote “Yes” or “No” on two Metropolitan St. Louis

Sewer District (MSD) propositions — Proposition W, which would authorize MSD to issue sewer

revenue bonds in the amount of $750,000,000 to make various improvements in its sewer and drainage systems; and Proposition S, which would authorize MSD to impose a property tax on residential taxable property within the District and a charge on non-residential customers in the District to fund capital improvements for flood and erosion control. There are no candidates on the ballot.

Eligible City voters should have received a Notice of Election card in the mail informing them of the April 2, 2024 General Municipal Election and the name and address of their polling location. 

Voters are encouraged to review their Notice of Election card closely as some polling places may have changed.

St. Louis County

Voters in St. Louis County who want to vote with an absentee ballot can also cast a ballot in person at the Board of Elections office (at 725 Northwest Plaza Drive in St. Ann) Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Absentee voting will also be available at six additional satellite sites: 

  • Saturday, March 30- Weekend absentee voting (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.)

  • April 1– Last Day to vote absentee at BOE office or satellite site (5 p.m. deadline)
